The Government of Greater Brethyonia Order 2003

AN ORDER to establish provincial government in Greater Brethyonia.
Be it enacted by the Minister of State, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by Section 1(2) of the Incorporation (Greater Brethyonia) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, as follows –
1. SHORT TITLE, COMMENCEMENT AND EXTENT – (1) This statutory instrument may be cited as the Government of Greater Brethyonia Order 2003. (2) This order extends to the Province of Greater Brethyonia only, with the exception of Section (3) which applies to the Great Commonwealth. (3) This order shall come into effect on the day after which it is made.
2. ENFORCMENT OF THE ACT – (1) The Incorporation (Greater Brethyonia) Act 2003 shall come into effect forthwith. (2) The Office of Greater Brethyonia Affairs, within the Great Commonwealth Ministry of the Interior, is hereby disbanded.
3. FEDERAL BUREAU OF GREATER BRETHYONIAN AFFAIRS – (1) There shall be a Federal Bureau of Greater Brethyonian Affairs (‘the Office’), under the control of the Minister of State for Interior Affairs. (2) The Office shall function to liaise with the Provincial Government of Greater Brethyonia and the Great Commonwealth Government. (3) Should the Minister of State see fit, a Director-General of the Office.
