in petition by FULL NAME, PETITIONER for citizenship of the Great Commonwealth of the Ibrosian Democracy to the Nobile Officium of the Lord Adjudicator of the Great Commonwealth
1. The Petition
1.1. Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, by his agent: the Great Commonwealth Ministry of Immigration and Naturalisation upon this [DATE] for the granting of Citizenship of the Great Commonwealth, and all associated rights and privileges, in accordance with the Act of Immigration and Naturalisation 2001 (‘the Act’), particularly Article V.
1.2. The Petition is served on the behalf of the petitioner as stated in the Immigration Form, contained within Appendix 1 of this ruling.
1.3. It should be noted that the ruling of this Court is final and no appeal may be made with the exception of the provisions contained within Article VI of the Act.
2. The Opinion of the Great Commonwealth Ministry of Immigration and Naturalisation
2.1. This court duly notes the acceptance of the Pledge of Allegiance by the Petitioner, as witnessed by the Great Commonwealth Ministry of Immigration and Naturalisation.
2.2. This court duly notes the opinion of the Great Commonwealth Ministry of Immigration and Naturalisation, supporting the Petitioner.
2.3. This court also duly notes that no objects have been raised by the Great Commonwealth Ministry of Immigration and Naturalisation or the established citizenry in opposition to the petition on grounds of character or linguistic competency.
3. Ruling of the Court
3.1. It is therefore, in accordance with statutory law, the opinion of this court that the petition laid before it is just. Hence this court hereby rules that the Petitioner, one [NAME] shall be granted Citizenship of the Great Commonwealth of the Ibrosian Democracy, in accordance with applicable law.
